Aqua Fit

Deep water running and shallow water choreography combine to give you a balanced cross training workout. Natural water resistance, noodles and foam dumbbells are used to burn fat, develop lean muscles, improve posture and enhance endurance.

Aqua Pump

This class combines cardiovascular conditioning with upper and lower body toning. Be ready to get your heart pumping!

Hydro Pilates

This NON-IMPACT class includes moves from Pilates, Ah-Chi and Yoga. Practicing pilates in the water develops core strength, stabilization, helps correct posture and improves balance. The relief of stress is an extra bonus from this class.

Tri Swim

Improve your swim stroke, build your swimming endurance and increase your efficiency in the water, during this challenging Out Season Training Program. This program is beneficial for triathletes, swimmers and those individuals searching for a challenging cross training opportunity. 18+ yrs

Master Swim

Workouts are designed to help both competitive and non-competitive swimmers improve their overall fitness and technique, and offer an alternative non-impact workout. We offer structured workouts weekly with well qualified coaches to get you ready for your next race, whether it be a Masters swim meet or an open water event.19+ yrs

Body Balance

A gentle 45 minute workout that focuses on balance, stability, and flexibility. Everyone welcome.

Light and Lively

This class is for the active senior who wants a simple, yet fun and effective cardio workout, which includes exercises for improved flexibility, mobility and gentle stretches.

SilverSneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activity for daily skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance.

Sit to Be Fit

This chair exercise class is designed for individuals who prefer to sit. It includes gentle and specific exercises using light weights and bands to increase overall strength, flexibility, joint mobility, improved posture and stamina.

Core Stretching

This class will work your total core system as well as improve flexibility, mobility and balance through a variety of moves, postures and stretches using an effective mix of standing, sitting and supine positions. All fitness levels welcome.

Body Pump

This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for-and fast.


Tabata training is a fun and effective high-intensity interval training class consisting of 8 rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. Burn calories quickly to trim, tone and sculpt your body for a new and improved you.

No guts, no glory in this total body workout! Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Boot Camp class combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. Expect the unexpected in this full-body Boot Camp class which is packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.

The class will take you through a series of circuits using machines, body weight exercises, stability balls and resistance bands. This class is for women only.

An ancient Chinese martial art that focuses on cultivating inner power by connecting breath and movement as a slow, gentle, meditative non-impact exercise. Tai Chi has been clinically shown to have many health benefits which include improved cardiovascular and neurological systems. It has also shown to improve balance, flexibility, and reduce stress. It can be practiced by people of all ages, and does not require any special equipment.

A flow-based class that builds strength, balance and flexibility. Create space in your spine and open your heart.

  • Yoga Foundations: New to yoga and interested in beginning? This is the perfect class for you. We will discuss breathing techniques, prop usage and breakdown poses as we move through a beginner practice. A helpful intro to other levels.
  • Restorative Yoga: A yoga practice that welcomes all levels. Enjoy a gentle supported asana (pose) practice designed to ease muscle tension and stress. Here we will relax into supported poses over longer periods of time and explore the breath, mind and body relationship.
  • Mindful Yoga Flow: A yoga class designed to wake up the body and mind as we focus inwardly connecting breath and movement.

Kate Biernat has many years of experience as an athlete. Four years ago she decided to combine her passion and knowledge of fitness with her desire to help others achieve their personal fitness goals. Kate holds NPTI and NSAM CPT, nationally recognized personal training certifications. Her other certifications include WSI, Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid, WIM and Aqua Fitness. Kate can work with you to address health issues such as general weight issues, toning, strengthening, sport-specific training and flexibility. Kate will share her positive energy, knowledge for health, passion for nutrition, and experience in order to help you achieve your fitness goals.

New! WERQ® – For J-Fit Members

WERQ®, with Laura Goltz, is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals. WERQ is designed to challenge participants physically. Steps are easy to follow. No dance experience required. Once you try it, you will become a WERQaholic!
