The J believes that building a strong community starts with growing good kids. JCC Chicago is the only J in North America with a full-time social services team dedicated to early learning and child development. The J provides ongoing training and education to help ensure that Early Childhood educators and camp staff are fully prepared to support our children and their families. The J’s inclusive environment, exceptional staff, and welcoming community foster social emotional connection and personal growth for every child
