Retirement Plans

Eligible employees will automatically be enrolled in one of JCC’s pension plans.  Employees become eligible after they have completed one year of service and worked 1000 hours. Employees can also enroll in a self funded 403(b) to save for retirement.

Disability

Short-term and long-term disability insurance is offered with a portion of the premium paid by the agency. Covered employees unable to work due to illness/injury are eligible for a percentage of their weekly earnings for portion of the time that they are unable to work.

Life Insurance

New employees are eligible for three different life insurance policies the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

  • $10,000 Basic Life Insurance (Paid 100% by JCC)
  • Two Times Salary (Paid by JCC and Employee)
