Yiddish: Yesterday and Today

JCC Chicago is proud to partner with Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership to present, Yiddish: Yesterday and Today. This pop-up program series will run May 10-June 13 in Skokie and Evanston. JCC Chicago will present three films as part of the series that celebrates Yiddish and the influence and impact of the language.

Ballroom Dancing

Ballroom has again become one of the most popular forms of dance. While some people appreciate its nod to nostalgic times, many dance for other reasons: It’s a great way to stay in shape. It has been proven to promote to keep the mind active and healthy. Most importantly, knowing how to dance provides confidence and a source of social enjoyment on the dance floor.
