Ballroom has again become one of the most popular forms of dance. While some people appreciate its nod to nostalgic times, many dance for other reasons: It’s a great way to stay in shape. It has been proven to promote to keep the mind active and healthy. Most importantly, knowing how to dance provides confidence and a source of social enjoyment on the dance floor.
