Karen Goodman Minter serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of JCC Chicago. A strategic thinker with the ability to bring creative messages to life, Karen brings nearly two decades of leadership experience creating visionary, high-growth strategies that reinvent and advance mission-driven organizations.
For the past 15 years, Karen has led the marketing and communications of Chicago-based Jewish organizations including the Lillian and Larry Goodman Foundations, Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center and Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School where she developed award-winning branding and marketing campaigns. Most recently, she served as Director of Brand and Strategic Communications for the Walder Group, where she spearheaded strategic planning and rebranding efforts for its three education-focused organizations that serve the Chicago Orthodox community. Karen currently serves as a volunteer on the Marketing Advisory Committee of The Ark. This extensive experience across sectors has given her a multifaceted perspective that translates into impactful results.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University and a Digital Marketing Strategy Certificate from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business. She lives in Chicago with her husband and is the proud mom of two adult sons.
