Addie Goodman joined JCC Chicago in March 2014. She has a solid track record as a strategic thinker and relationship builder while successfully managing a variety of fundraising campaigns, building and cultivating major gifts, and creating a culture of giving among board and lay leaders where little existed before. Prior to joining JCC Chicago, Addie was Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Baker Demonstration School where she successfully built and trained boards, managed corporate/foundation and special event fundraising and all facets of marketing and public relations as it relates to development. Prior to that, Addie held roles at the YWCA Evanston/North Shore, Youth Job Center of Evanston, and Advocate Charitable Foundation. Addie holds a dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Japanese Language and Culture from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana and a Master of Arts Degree in Japanese Language and Literature from the University of Chicago. Addie is a recent graduate of the Leading Edge CEO OnBoarding program and lives in Evanston with her husband, Sam, and their four children.
