Ruth has over 25 years of experience in the Wellness and Fitness Industry. She has done extensive work with youth, adults and seniors in strength training, weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, injury prevention & rehabilitation, flexibility, wellness/lifestyle coaching and special populations/chronic illnesses: Diabetes, MS, Parkinson’s, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease, Nerve Dysfunction, Arthritis, Cancer and Fibromyalgia. In addition, she has been a Lifestyle Health Coach for ICM3-Integrated Care Management and for Advocate Health Care. She has over 20 years of experience in dance education, performing and choreographing. Ruth enjoys working with those individuals who want to make a change in their lives. Certifications: ACSM: Certified Health Fitness Instructor & Exercise Test Technologist; Certified Wellness Coach, Wellcoaches; Totally Coached: Certified Intrinsic Coaching I and II.
Angie’s interest in health and wellness became a priority eight years ago when a neck injury caused her to be bedridden. Turning to yoga and strength training was lifesaving and the only way she returned to normal activities. She quickly fell in love with teaching and training others and educating them about health and wellness. She is an avid reader and always educating herself on all things health and wellness. She is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and has her master’s degree in Kinesiology.
Tojuan is an ISSA certified trainer in various certifications and his focuses are weight loss, core strength, corrective exercise, body building, functional movement, senior fitness, special populations and pre and post injury. He wants to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped him become the person that he is today.
