Engagers

New to Chicago? Want to become more involved in the Jewish community? Interested in grabbing coffee or taking young professionals out for coffee? Join our Engagers Initiative program!

What is the Engagers Initiative? The Engagers Initiative is a mentor program for young Jewish professionals who recently moved to Chicago or are looking to become more involved in the Jewish community. Jewish young professionals meet one-on-one with volunteers (who are either the same age, share the same interests or live in the same neighborhood) over coffee and chat about the Jewish life in Chicago. Coffee is on us!

Interested in meeting for coffee? Please email Ilene at: iuhlmann@jccchicago.org

Become an Engager!

Generation J is always looking for volunteers (between 21-39 years old) to meet with young professionals. Meet as often as you would like, meet new friends, connect others to the Jewish community and have fun doing it. Interested in becoming a community engager?

Any questions, please email Ilene at: iuhlmann@jccchicago.org

Engagers is part of The Rose and Sidney N. Shure Kehilla Program.
