Coach Tim will use the benefits of Periodization Training to help you achieve your swimming goals. Triathlon specific training techniques will also be incorporated in each workout session. This program is beneficial for triathletes looking to race faster, swimmers looking to improve their swim stroke efficiency, and anyone searching for a challenging cross training option during the winter months. Program participants should be able to swim 50 yards with the freestyle swim stroke.
