WHEREAS, the Growing Hope initiative is firmly rooted in the Jewish value of tikkun olam (repairing our world) – which holds all people responsible for using their voice and talents to make the world a kinder, more tolerant, more beautiful place for all regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, economic status or other diverse backgrounds; and,
WHEREAS, hope is critical in the world because it enables us to endure challenges, dream about infinite possibilities, strive to make a positive impact in our communities, and ensure a bright future for our children, and,
