JCC Chicago’s Shabbat on the Lake is one of the most anticipated events of the summer for young adults in the city. With the glistening lakefront as the backdrop, Shabbat on the Lake brings together nearly 700 young adults for a community-wide celebration of Shabbat, friendship and community. Participants enjoy drinks, dinner, a beautiful service (Reform, Conservative and Orthodox), music, activities, interactive workshops and more. This year, JCC Chicago is proud to host Shabbat on the Lake at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Lincoln Park where guests will enjoy sweeping views of the skyline and lakefront while experiencing the connection and community of Shabbat.
