Bernice Lerner, Ed.D., is a senior scholar at the Center for Character and Social Responsibility at Boston University and former dean of adult learning at Hebrew College.
Rachel Ruth Mermelstein (née Genuth) is a speaker for the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County, through which she has shared her wartime experiences with nearly 300 school and other groups.
