Presented by Bernard Horwich JCC Early Childhood and Walder Science Center
Sunday, April 11 at 10am
Join Bernard Horwich JCC Early Childhood and Walder Science Center to learn all about plants! We will learn about the different parts of plants, including the roots, stem, leaves, and flower. We will discover how plants make their own food using water, sunlight, and carbon dioxide. Students will observe a stem sucking up water and create their own “sprout houses” to germinate seeds.
Pick up your activity kit on Thurs., April 8 at Bernard Horwich JCC and then join us virtually with Walder Science Center on Sun., April 11, 10am. This program is geared for children ages 3-5 years old and parent participation is required!
