This Week: Spring Wildflowers
Unlock the healing magic of the natural world with woodland wildflowers. Nature is inherently calming and walks in nature reduce stress and anxiety. During this one-hour program, you will experience the beauty of nature while walking and learning about the spring woodland wildflowers that carpet the forest floor locally in May. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for walking on nature center trails. We welcome you to bring a packed lunch or snack to extend your time at the nature center afterwards.
