Spending time in nature is inherently calming; walks in nature can reduce stress and anxiety. Enjoy a casual walk-through River Trail Nature Center’s gardens. During this one-hour program, you will experience our beautiful natural gardens while walking and learning about the wildflowers and their benefit in nature. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for walking on nature center trails. We welcome you to bring a packed lunch or snack to extend your time at the nature center afterwards.
