Child and Family Connections (CFC) serves families with children under the age of 3 with suspected developmental delays. CFC provides a point of entry into the Illinois Early Intervention System, and provides service coordination of early intervention services. Early Intervention provides support for families in promoting their child’s optimal development and can have a significant impact on a child’s ability to learn new skills and overcome challenges. We are very excited to share with you that the Jacob Duman Early Childhood Center is now a screening location for CFC, offering children who live in Lake County a free Early Intervention screening once a month!
Registrations are required in advance.
