JCC Chicago’s Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated programs. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acts as an employee champion and change agent and assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our Senior Leadership, HR department and management teams, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions and maintains an effective level of business literacy about the the agency’s goals, culture and competition.
